Your career at BLOMSTEIN
BLOMSTEIN is a growing venture. If you are an outstanding lawyer (with or without practical experience) and are looking to combine legal excellence with entrepreneurial spirit, BLOMSTEIN may be the place for you. We are always looking for exceptional talent in associates, trainees, research assistants and business lawyers (with an LL.B., BBL or B.Sc. degree) who are interested, or already well grounded in antitrust & competition, procurement or trade law.
What we offer you:
Independent responsible working
You work in small, specialised teams with a high degree of responsibility and direct client / agency contact from day one.
Work Life Balance
Individual part time arrangements (e.g. during a Ph.D. or other life projects) and extra holiday models; we, of course, enable and encourage our associates to take paternity leave.
We like being in the office together with the whole team; however, we enable home office work for everyone interested.
We have put together a comprehensive training program, the BLOMSTEIN Academy, tailored to all seniority levels, including professional and soft skill trainings (e.g. negotiation skills, rhetorics)
We support the participation of our associates in expert conferences, their own contributions through speeches / panel talks and the publishing of academic articles.
Proactive initiatives and building client relationships are being supported from the start and rewarded through a turnover-based “acquisition bonus”.
Beyond a certain seniority level, we facilitate client secondments for our associates; having the possibility of taking the client perspective for a change helps to give even better legal advice.
No “Up or Out”. We aim at long term relationships and offer career perspectives within the firm. High degree of flexibility in order to accommodate different life concepts.
We dedicate a lot of time to team activities outside the daily work routine, such as our annual company parties and outings, spontaneous after-work-drinks on our roof terrace, art and sports events or regular team trips.
Height adjustable desks, fresh fruit and veggies, regular vaccinations in the office; we love very good coffee and drinks/beverages in general.
We cover attorney registration fees as well as membership fees in legal associations. We offer an employer funded pension model.
Trainees are an important part of our team; we have a mentoring program and – besides involving them into the daily work and actively integrating them into firm life – we offer them special trainings and team events.
We look forward to hearing from you – please get in touch by either phone or email at:
